Seat pads are shredded coconut, insulation is the proper weight tarred felt . We made a grid to press the square pattern into the felt while it was still wet. Inspection tags behind the seats were faithfully reproduced

Until we can find a NOS gascap (that we can afford) we made this one out of a modified repro cap and a wheel disk. The wrong script, but looks pretty good really!
